Synopsis: Virtual Reality comes in many guises, and it is now creating real excitement within Industry. Paul McGillivray joins us tonight to share his team’s experience of implementing an all-encompassing Virtual Reality experience with Volvo Construction Equipment (CE) which is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of construction machines. This meant the use of multiple VR technologies such as Google Cardboard for IOS and Android and Oculus Rift. The end result was hugely successful in enabling Volvo to demonstrate their large equipment at international shows. This is but one example.
