LEAN Methodologies and AGM

Date: Wednesday 7th September 2011

Venue: International House, Telford.

Arrival at 5.45pm for a 6.20pm start. On arrival at the venue, please go to reception to register and directions to the Meeting Room (G16/17).

Dress code: business or smart casual.

Kindly hosted and led by Capgemini at International House on Stafford Park, the first part of this event is a presentation on LEAN methodologies.

The second part of the evening is our annual AGM and your opportunity to help shape the future of the Branch for the next twelve months.

In the current economic climate the industry trend is towards more Lean approaches across various industries. The talk will discuss Lean, Lean in the IT industry and Lean change agent experience followed by a Q&A session.

This workshop is jointly organised by the Shropshire branch of British Computer Society and the Requirements Engineering Specialist Group on the 7th of September 2011 from 6:20 – 7:45 at the International House in Telford followed by the AGM.

The session will be delivered by Alastair Culshaw, BTiA member in Aspire, who is a senior management consultant specialising in all aspects of Lean. We anticipate this event will be popular so please book your place now.
